The UPVC Casement Window suits a large variety of properties.
It is designed to look like a traditional timber widow frame and its sculptured beading effect means that, from a distance, it hard to distinguish from timber (except it keeps its looks longer).
It is outward opening and can be hinged from either the top or the side.
The UPVC Tilt and Turn Window is a modern design.
It opens inwards in two different ways.
The first way is to partially tilt back (as the name suggests) at the top edge, from the hinge at the bottom to allow ventilation, whilst still being partially closed.
The Second way is to open fully inwards with the hinge on the side.
This allows you to clean both the inside and the outside from within your home and is ideal for hard to reach windows.
These are a specialist product designed to replace a traditional timber sliding sash window. Both sections slide open and there is even a tilt option.
The bottom section can be raised up level with the top section. The top section can slide down level with the bottom section.
As an optional extra both sections can be made to tilt inwards for partial ventilation.
The traditional design of these luxury windows is ideal for older or period properties although many new build properties are built to specifically suit these types of openers.
Once you have chosen your window frame you may want to individualise it with a variety of glass options.
These include options such as Leading, Stains or Integral Blinds.
